Asia PetWorld Trading Terms

• Pet Shop: Refers to any business entity purchasing products from Asia PetWorld for resale.

• Products: Refers to all pet-related goods sold by Asia PetWorld, including but not limited to food, toys, accessories, and grooming supplies.

2. Orders and Acceptance

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) per purchase order is 

• Asia PetWorld reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

• An order is considered accepted when Asia PetWorld confirms the order in writing or ships the Products.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in $SGD and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees.

• Payment is due on placement of the order via:

  • Credit Card (No Fees)

  • Paynow (2% Discount on Invoice)

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Asia PetWorld will arrange for shipping to the address specified by the Pet Shop.

• Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Pet Shop upon delivery.

• Any delivery dates provided by Asia PetWorld are estimates and not guarantees.

• Minimum order of $250.00 for free delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

• The Pet Shop may return defective or damaged Products within 7 days of delivery.

• Asia PetWorld will issue a refund or replacement for returned Products, subject to inspection.

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless agreed upon by Asia PetWorld in writing.

6. Promotions and Discounts

• Periodic promotions and discounts may be available. Follow us on social media for updates.

7. Product Availability

• Products are subject to availability. In case of stock shortages, we will notify you and provide alternative options if possible.

8. Limitation of Liability
